Short and plain. This is what happens to the details you give us.

What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we keep your message and the address it came from. We collect nothing else.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying to a question or writing the buyer map you asked for. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Energy Pipeline who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit.

Stopping contact and deletion

Reply stop to any message from us and we will not contact you again. To ask us to delete what we hold about you, write to kayla.brooks@energypipeline.co or send the request through the contact form. We will confirm once it is done.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
