The Guide

Do you know which of your lines are carrying anything?

Most firms can name their best customers. Few can say which channels found them. The buyer map answers that, for free, in plain terms.

RUNNING IDLE FITS

Plate. What the map reads: the lines you run, the lines that sit idle, the place an engine would fit.

The Guide is a read, written for one firm at a time. We do not send a template or a file you download. We look at your company the way a new buyer would, and we write down what we find.

It is short on purpose. A senior person should be able to read it in one sitting and know what to do next, with us or without us.

What the map reads

Where are buyers finding you now?

  • RunningThe channels already carrying work, usually referrals and the show calendar. We note what they depend on.
  • IdleThe lines you own but never opened. Outbound, content, paid, search. We say which ones fit how your buyers actually buy.
  • Reachable buyersThe kinds of firm and the roles inside them that fit you and have probably never heard your name.
  • Where an engine fitsThe one or two places a working system would make the most difference first. We keep it narrow.

Questions it answers

What would you ask, if you had the time?

Who in our market has never heard of us?
By role and type of firm, from the operators to the contractors who specify for them.
Why do our quiet months look the way they do?
Usually one channel doing all the work. The map shows which one.
What does a buyer see when they look us up?
Your site, your search presence, what an AI assistant says when asked about your category.
What would we turn on first?
One recommendation, with the reasoning. Not a menu.

What it is not

Is there a catch?

No. The map stands on its own. If it helps you fix something in house, good. If you want to talk about building the engine with us, that is a separate conversation, and you start it.

  • Not a pitch deck in disguise.
  • Not a proposal, and no quote attached.
  • Not a file that sits in a download folder.
  • No follow-up you did not ask for.

How to ask

Tell us who you are and when it goes quiet.

A few lines through the contact form is enough. Your company, your site, and anything you already suspect about your own pipeline.

Ask for your buyer map

We use what you send only to write the map and reply to you. See the privacy notice.
